The Human Connection ; Let me weave you a tale of the human condition and you will find the thread that connects us all. Grief, sadness, joy and hope are experiences that we share as a collective species. Human emotion is the theme that runs throughout this body of work, be it Beauty or Portraiture or Lifestyle, there is a common narrative of the human connections we all share regardless of our positioning in society, be those barriers economic, gender specific or racial. It is this longing for deeper connections that drives the work. To bring that connection between you the viewer and the subject. Let my lens be the conduit.
Meghan spent her formative years growing up in Rhode Island, studying art, photography and painting. Upon graduation in 2001 she moved out West to sunny Los Angeles and spent the next 10 years working as a top-notch photo retoucher for major brands, photographers and publications. In 2009 she moved to the Pacific Northwest.
As a professional photo retoucher and Photoshop expert, Meghan has worked with many top brands and publications world wide.
Her studio is located in Portland, Oregon.
